  • Catalog of seismicity induced at Rittershoffen-ECOGI geothermal site during its development phase, according to Gaucher et al. (2025). The authors analyzed the three successive stimulations of GRT-1 well (thermal, chemical and hydraulic ) carried out in 2013. The catalog results from improved template matching and relative relocation, and contains over 3,000 seismic events. For further details, see Emmanuel Gaucher, Olivier Lengliné, and Jean Schmittbuhl (2025), “Seismic interplay during the GRT-1 stimulation series of the Rittershoffen EGS reservoir (https://doi.org/10.3389/feart.2026.1738377) Time period: 04/04/2013 00:00:00 to 05/07/2013 00:00:00 (UTC). The data parameters are the following: Column 1: Date Column 2: Time (UTC) Column 3: Easting in meters, Lambert II extended (EPSG:27572) Column 4: Northing in meters, Lambert II extended (EPSG:27572) Column 5: Hypocenter elevation in meters above sea level Column 6: Local magnitude (ML) Column 7: Horizontal location uncertainty (m) Column 8: Vertical location uncertainty (m) Column 9: Origin-time uncertainty (s) Column 10: Correlation coefficient

  • Microseismic catalogue of the surface network recorded at Rittershoffen during the field operations between 2012 and 2014. Calculated by ÉS-Géothermie. Number of events: 1348. The microseismic events were recorded during the drilling of the two wells and the hydraulic tests realized at GRT-1. No seismic event was recorded during the hydraulic tests realized at GRT-2. Time period: 29/11/2012 22:23:32 to 26/05/2014 23:43:55. The data parameters are the following: Column 1: Date Column 2: Origin time (UTC) Column 3: Easting in extended Lambert II coordinate system Column 4: Northing in extended Lambert II coordinate system Column 5: Latitude in WGS84 coordinate system * Column 6: Longitude in WGS84 coordinate system * Column 7: Depth (true vertical depth below sea level) Column 8: Local magnitude (vertical component) Column 9: Azimuth of the small uncertainty axis Column 10: Dip of the small uncertainty axis Column 11: Azimuth of the middle uncertainty axis Column 12: Dip of the middle uncertainty axis Column 13: Smallest uncertainty Column 14: Middle uncertainty Column 15: Largest uncertainty Column 16: Recorded period (0-GRT-1 drilling, 1-GRT-1 thermal stimulation, 20-GRT-1 hydraulic stimulation, 21-GRT-1 burst of seismicity and 3-GRT-2 drilling) * Latitude and longitude in the WGS84 coordinate system have been derived from easting and northing in extended Lambert II.
