The microseismic network in operation during the 1995 stimulation, injection and circulation experiments represents a slightly modified version of the 1993 system. It consisted of accelerometers (4-component sensors) built by the CSMA in boreholes 4550, 4601, 4616 and of a single hydrophone in EPS1. These sensors were used throughout the 1995 experimental programme. A further hydrophone was deployed in GPK1 at a depth of 3480m to monitor the brine injection (Wilson, S.A., Jupe, A.J., Jones R.H. and Dyer, B., 1996.Microseismic results from the 1995 Soultz experimental programme, CSMA Report for Socomine, January 1996.). The X,Y,Z coordinates in the file refer to the local coordinate system with the GPK1 wellhead as origin: X: Easting in meters from GPK1 wellhead (toward magnetic East) Y: Northing in meters from GPK1 wellhead (toward magnetic North) Z: Depth in meters from GPK1 wellhead The local coordinate system is based on the UTM32 system. The coordinates of the stations in the local coordinate system have been obtained from the thesis of S. Bourouis (Sismicité induite et comportement mécanique d'un massif granitique fracturé par injection d'eau). The exact coordinates of the GPK1 hydrophone have not been retrieved and so are not in the file. The latitude, longitude and elevation in the WGS84 coordinate system have been derived from the local coordinate system. Last update of data: 24/07/2019

Hydraulic data recorded at GPK1 (https://cdgp.u-strasbg.fr/geonetwork/srv/fre/catalog.search#/metadata/SSF-GPK1) and EPS1 (https://cdgp.u-strasbg.fr/geonetwork/srv/fre/catalog.search#/metadata/SSF-EPS1) during the 1994 hydraulic programme. 5 datasets are available: -SSFC1994-Hydraulic_production.csv : Hydraulic data from GPK1 and EPS1 recorded from 14:56:19 16/06/94 to 10:15:44 28/06/94 during the production test at GPK1. -SSFC1994-Hydraulic_production_GPK1.csv : Downhole hydraulic data from GPK1 recorded from 19:42:40 15/06/94 to 07:39:56 30/06/94 during the production test at GPK1. -SSFC1994-Hydraulic_production_EPS1.csv : Hydraulic data from EPS1 recorded from 08:36:33 16/06/94 to 09:15:40 30/06/94 during the production test at GPK1. -SSFC1994-Hydraulic_injection.csv : Hydraulic data from GPK1 recorded from 11:06:29 05/07/94 to 05:35:02 17/07/94 during the injection test at GPK1. -SSFC1994-Hydraulic_injection_GPK1.csv : Downhole hydraulic data from GPK1 recorded from 10:58:39 05/07/94 to 12:56:06 16/07/94 during the injection test at GPK1. For an unknown reason some data are missing on several time periods for the files SSFC1994-Hydraulic_production_GPK1.csv, SSFC1994-Hydraulic_production_EPS1.csv and SSFC1994-Hydraulic_injection_GPK1.csv. The EstOF network consists in 288 miniaturized seismic stations (Zland nodes, 1C, 10Hz) installed between August 25th 2014 and September 30th 2014 in the Outre-Forêt region (Alsace, France) around the deep geothermal sites of Soultz-sous-Forêts and Rittershoffen. A regular grid of 260 stations separated by ~1.4km forms the backbone of the network, which was completed by a denser array of 28 stations every ~400m around the Rittershoffen site. This data has been acquired in the framework of the LABEX ANR-11-LABX-0050-G-EAU-THERMIE-PROFONDE and benefits from a funding from the state managed by the French National Research Agency (ANR) as part of the ‘Investments for the Future’ program. It has also been funded by the EGS Alsace Grant from ADEME. The seismic equipment was deployed during the summer 2014 by the EstOF Team : J. Vergne, M. Bès de Berc, H. Blumentritt, N. Cuenot, C. Doubre, R. Dretzen, Z. Duputel, F. Engels, M. Grunberg, H. Jund, S. Lambotte, O. Lançon, M. Lehujeur, O. Lengliné, A. Maggi, V. Maurer, M. Schaming, J. Schmittbuhl, H. Wodling. Equipment and support was provided by the Fairfield Nodal company during the EstOF experiment. Details of the experiment and data analysis can be found in : Lehujeur, M., Vergne, J., Schmittbuhl, J., Zigone, D., Le Chenadec, A. and the EstOF Team (2018) - Reservoir imaging using ambient noise correlation from a dense seismic network. Catalogue of microseismicity with magnitude recorded during the Geoven project at Vendenheim, calculated by the BCSF-Rénass (https://renass.unistra.fr/). The geographic extent of the catalogue is a square with sides of about 12 km approximately centered on the middle between the extremity of the two wells VDH-GT1 (https://cdgp.u-strasbg.fr/geonetwork/srv/fre/catalog.search#/metadata/VDH-GT1) and VDH-GT2 (https://cdgp.u-strasbg.fr/geonetwork/srv/fre/catalog.search#/metadata/VDH-GT2). Time period: 17/12/2016 - today. The data parameters are the following: Column 1: Seismic ID Column 2: Date and time (UTC) Column 3: Latitude Column 4: Longitude Column 5: Magnitude Column 6: Type of magnitude Column 7: Depth (km) Column 8: Type of depth Column 9: Catalogue Column 10: Evaluation mode Column 11: Number of stations used Column 12: Number of phases Column 13: Azimutal gap Column 14: Significant city Column 15: Distance of the city (km) Column 16: Type of event Remarks: The catalogue is automatically computed at request time. Not all the events of the requested catalogue are induced by geothermal activities. The induced events are referred as "induced or triggered event" in the column 16 of the catalogue.

The microseismic network in operation during the 1994 circulation was essentially the same as that used in the 1993 experimental programme. It consisted of three accelerometers (4-component sensors) built by the CSMA in boreholes 4550 (https://cdgp.u-strasbg.fr/geonetwork/srv/fre/catalog.search#/metadata/SSF-4550), 4601, 4616 and a single hydrophone in EPS1 (https://cdgp.u-strasbg.fr/geonetwork/srv/fre/catalog.search#/metadata/SSF-EPS1) (Baria, R., 1996.The European HDR programme 1992-1995).
